One of our best small plans! Loft attic above two car garage. Pull down stair inside garage. It's not a story and a half it's about a story and a third. . . just room for an average height person to stand at the center under the ridge. The attic trusses create the upstairs light storage area with optinal knee walls on each side. Most owners put doors in the kneewalls to access storage. This garage is designed with flexibility so that it could have a 10/12 or a 12/12 (higher) roof pitch. Garage door at the gable end. Window at front and back gable ends. No posts on main level or in loft.
