Plan #5: 24' x 36' - Plans Show BOTH 9' and 8' Main Level Walls, 8' High Walls Upstairs - 2 Car Great Gambrel With Executive Apartment - Outside staircase and entry to the upstairs apartment. Our own ingenious easy to build Gambrel roof. Convenient scissor truss roof creates a cathedral ceiling! Optional skylights! Two nice matching windows on both the front and back walls along with 4 windows on the side walls. All walls upstairs are 8' high with full headroom. With the width first, the kitchen is 10'-9"x10'0". The dining room is 10'-0" to 12'-8"x10'-0". The living room is 12'-8"x15'0". The bedroom is 10'-0"x14'-0". The upstairs bathroom is shown with a 5' tub and a generous 4' sink cabinet. The walk-in closet is just under 6'-6"x6'-0". An alternate small laundry room is shown on the blueprints which is 5'-8 7/8"x 5'-0". This can take the place of the hall closet washer dryer and outside deck closet. Optional half bath on main level. Siding options are: T-111, Lap Siding, or Cedar Shingles. Clearspan (no supporting walls or posts) main and upper levels. |
