This is a popular, good looking garage. A 3 car garage with loft attic for light storage. Convenient preengineered premanufactured attic truss roof with pull down stair inside garage. The attic trusses create the upstairs light storage room with optional knee walls on each side. Most owners put doors in the kneewalls to access storage. It's not a story and a half it's about a story and a third. . . height enough for a person to stand at the center of the ridge. This garage is designed so that it may have a 10/12 or a 12/12 (higher) roof pitch. Window at both side gable ends. Any unwanted openings may be omitted. No posts at main level or in loft. Clearspan (no supporting walls or posts.)
