A 3 car garage with loft attic Bonus Room for added living space in 1-1/2 stories! Convenient premanufactured attic truss roof. Staircase from the garage to the Bonus Room. The attic trusses create the upstairs Bonus Room with optional knee walls on each side. Most owners put doors in the kneewalls to access storage. The attic trusses are spanning the 36' width so there is generous height upstairs. Window at both front and back gable ends. Any unwanted openings may be omitted. Add your own design touches to the exterior, such as shutters, cedar lap siding, or decorative cedar or painted shingles at the gable end in the front! No posts at main level or in loft. Clearspan (no supporting walls or posts.)
