HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET AN ORDER AND COST?
The standard $12.00 USA Shipping and Handling option takes approximately 6 business days. Plan orders are normally processed and ready to ship within 3 business days (Mon-Fri) of the order. The US Postal Service estimates that the shipping takes another 2 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri except holidays). These orders go out of our office in the sequence they have been received.

We also offer a "2nd Day" USA Shipping and Handling option at $34.00 Mon-Fri (except holidays). These orders must be received before 1:00 PM Mountain Time (Mon-Fri) to be processed the same day as the order and to be delivered the "2nd Day." Friday orders have a Tuesday delivery. We hand walk these orders through from start to finish.

When a separate Material List is ordered, one of the following delivery methods may be selected: Email, FAX, or a hard copy mailed. The online Internet order process has a box for "Special Instructions/Comments." Please type your choice of delivery method there. If no choice is entered, a hard copy of the Material List will be mailed.

Canada, the United Kingdom, and other English speaking countries: For Customs, the Plan package is listed as "Documents" and "Paper" which normally have a $0.00 value.

A $25.00 Canada "Priority Mail International" Shipping and Handling option takes approximately 9 to 11 business days. Plan orders are normally processed and ready to ship within 3 business days (Mon-Fri) of the order. The US Postal Service estimates that the shipping takes another 6 to 8 business days (Mon-Fri except holidays). These orders go out of our office in the sequence they have been received.

We also offer a $39.00 Canada "Express Mail International" Shipping and Handling option at $39.00 Mon-Fri (except holidays). These orders must be received before 1:00 PM Mountain Time (Mon-Fri) to be processed the same day as the order and to be delivered in approximately 6 business days. This is NOT "Global Express Guaranteed." We hand walk these orders through from start to finish.

COLORADO STATE SALES TAX
Only shipments to Colorado are subject to 2.9% State Sales Tax. Oregon has no State Sales Tax.

Check with your building permit department and zoning department for property setbacks, size and height restrictions, etc. for a structure before ordering your copyrighted Great Garage Plans! Talk to us about earthquake, hurricane or severe snow load codes. Because of the reproducible nature of our product and the fact that blueprints are specifically made up for each order, all sales are final.
